Taking Manuka Cuttings

What you will need:

  • Some scissors
  • A ruler
  • Some honey
  • A tablespoon
  • A jar
  • Hot water

1.Put two cups of boiling water into a jar.

2.Put a teaspoon of honey in the water.

3.Then stir until it dissolves.

4.Cut a 30cm branch of the Manuka tree.

5. Take 10cm of the leaves off.

6.After that, dip the end that doesn’t have any leaves on into the honey water.

7.Put the end that doesn’t have leaves on into the soil.

Will it work?

  1. I hope all the manuka cuttings grow. Well done researching the best way to get these to grow. Most of them are still looking good.
